Storage Prices for Boats, RVs, Trailers, and Cars

Inside Storage

The charge for a boat/camper/trailer is $3.00 per running foot per month which includes the trailer tongue.

The charge for autos is $50.00 and for other vehicles with side doors, trucks, vans and the like, is $3.25 per running foot. In each case we leave a safety zone of 2-3 feet of unobstructed space on either side of your vehicle to prevent dings, scrapes and scratches.

Outside Storage

For outside storage we provide a 12,000 ft 2 yard enclosed by a 10 ft high cyclone fence.

The charge for a boat/camper/trailer is $2.00 per running foot per month which includes the trailer tongue.

The charge for autos is $30.00 and for other vehicles with side doors, trucks, vans, and the like, the charge is $2.00 per running foot. In each case we leave a safety zone of 2-3 feet of unobstructed space on either side of your vehicle to prevent dings, scrapes and scratches.

Reservation

Since 1996 we have operated at capacity. You can hold a guaranteed space for a $50 deposit. To reserve a space, make out your check to Rochelle Storage Company and send it along with your boat/vehicle type, length and approximate date of arrival to:

Oversize Premium

Our rates are calculated for widths that do not exceed 8'. For wider widths the following premiums apply:

8.1' - 8.6':	10%
8.7' - 9.0':	15%
9.1' - 9.6':	25%
9.7' - 10.0':	30%

Mechanic Services

As an added service a mechanic is available with whom boat owners can independently contract to provide bargain on site winterizing and other maintenance.

About Us

The Rochelle Storage Company building is located in a small industrial cluster on Route 38 near the intersection of US Interstates 88 and 39, and near Illinois state roads 38 and 251. The structure is metal with a concrete floor and a newly resurfaced roof. The space is free of rodents and birds. The access door measures 15' wide and 11 1/2" high. Our outside storage is in front of the building and is surrounded by a 10' cyclone fence.

Terms are month to month so you can make a deposit and withdrawal at your convenience. Access by appointment during the storage period can be arranged.

All buildings in our complex are occupied and one is leased by a plastic manufacturer who operates 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The level of activity, the in-town location, routine police patrols and exposure to passing traffic assure a high degree of security. Finally, a 10' high chain link fence seals off the front and east side of the building and this area is illuminated at night by high intensity sodium vapor lights.
